Freight & Handling

Angus & Celeste take the utmost care and attention to detail in the packing and safe shipping of our wholesale orders. We send via “TNT sensitive” service to ensure that your goods arrive in a safe and timely fashion.

We opt to use pallets and small skids comparable to the size of your order to transport our goods to ensure efficient order processing and a smooth and safe ride for your order.

A handling fee, starting at $30, will be incurred for all orders that are requested to be packed in cartons. For orders packed into cartons by stockist request, Angus & Celeste will not be responsible for breakages that occur during transit.

Order Changes:

For changes made to an order once it is placed and packed, a re-packing fee of $75 will be incurred. This fee will be charged in cases where the order has to be unpacked and re-packed.  Once your order has been submitted online, changes to your order will only be accepted within 3 hours for orders placed during the day or overnight for orders placed in the evening. Please get in touch with our office if you have made a mistake with your order and need to make any changes before it is prepared for shipping by our friendly warehouse team.


Perth and Greater WA Customers:

To ensure competitive prices to our stockists in the West of Australia we use a specialised “Melbourne to WA” courier service that concentrates on this direct route via Adelaide.


Alternative courier networks:

Upon direct arrangement with our Head Office, Angus & Celeste will co-operate with other courier networks that are pre-arranged by the stockist/customer themselves. A&C will not however be responsible for breakages in transit via customer arranged courier networks that do not offer “sensitive” services. If you have a chosen courier network that you use and are happy to book a collection of our goods from our warehouse then we are happy to work with you to arrange this.


Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the correct delivery address is supplied for your order. If for any reason your business hours are “irregular” and no one is there to receive your order during “normal” business hours, then any re-delivery fees will be passed on to you. To avoid this, please notify our staff of any out of the ordinary hours. Please note that “home” delivery addresses are not accepted without prior approval by A&C.
