Payments

Angus & Celeste operate on a Pro Forma basis.

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will be emailed a final invoice, including any applicable freight charges.  Please note that freight charges are dependent on both the size and weight of your packed order and the location your order is being shipped to, and estimates cannot be provided prior to packing your order.

We accept payment via electronic funds transfer or credit card payment, over the phone. Credit cards incur a processing fee of 1.5%.

As soon as payment had been received in full, your delivery will be booked for courier pick-up, or dispatched to Australia Post.  Please be aware that for payments received after 1.00pm, orders may not be dispatched until the next business day, due the the timing of courier truck pick-ups and Australia Post parcel collections. 

For speediest dispatch of your order, please email through proof of payment in the form of the full banking transaction receipt issued at the time of payment (not just the confirmation/receipt number). Failure to provide emailed remittance may mean your dispatch is delayed by several days, while we are awaiting funds to clear. 

Our warehouse operates Monday-Thursday (closed Fridays and Public Holidays).
