Your first order with A&C!
Once you place your order, we will get it picked and packed as soon as possible. We are a small team, and have dedicated team members rostered on certain days to pick and pack your order. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to check with us before placing your order.
As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice with shipping calculated. Please do not pay your invoice until you have received this invoice. If you haven't received your invoice within one week of placing your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Once you have received your invoice, we require payment before we book your goods in for dispatch.
You are welcome to pay via credit card over the phone (1.5% surcharge), or via direct deposit. Please send a screenshot of payment for our records, or we won’t be able to book in the order.
Once we receive payment, we’ll book your order in with our fantastic couriers and get it on its way to you! Please note we use a sensitive service that has been proven to get our goods to you the safest and most economical way possible.
Please also note that we do not allow our goods to be stocked through online stores.
